SEMINARS (purchased through Brown Paper Tickets)

We offer a full refund of the event fee if we cancel the event due to low participation or other unforeseen circumstances. To receive a refund for a canceled or postponed event purchased through Brown Paper Tickets, please contact them via telephone at 1-800-838-3006 or by e-mail at Support@BrownPaperTickets.com within three days of the event's scheduled date.

Refunds are not given for "no show's" or same-day cancellations on the participants behalf. However, you may contact CCMI's Customer Service for possible future credit towards another events.

BOOKS

Refunds and returns for book purchases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact CCMI's Customer Service. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees incurred by returning products.

OTHER WEBSITES and LINKS

The CCMI Website contains links to other websites. CCMI has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies of any other site. Protection of your privacy at those linked sites will be governed by the privacy policy of those sites.

Contractor Compliance and Monitoring, Inc. (CCMI) Privacy Policy

We know that you care how your information is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will use it carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By using CCMI 's services, you are accepting the privacy policy described below.

1. Personal Information

bullet Information You Provide. We receive and store information you enter.
