CCMI OFFERS A FULL SERVICE

 LABOR COMPLIANCE PROGRAM NATIONWIDE

With over 75 years of experience combined in the field of prevailing wages and public works, Contractor Compliance & Monitoring, Inc.  CCMI is prepared to implement a comprehensive Labor Compliance Program in full adherence with State and Federal laws. CCMI offers a full package to School Districts, Water Districts, Transit Districts, Cities, Counties, Housing Authorities and other Public Entities.

In addition to our services listed below, CCMI will track and file the required monthly stimulus recovery (ARRA) reports relating to job creation, retention and tracking for contractors' workforce.     

 

-Review Public Entity's contracts, general conditions and bid advertisement language for update and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

-Conduct Prevailing Wage Training at Preconstruction Conference meetings or through a webinar.

-Provide phone and email accessibility for contractors to contact us for clarification on prevailing wage, certified payrolls, apprenticeship and compliance issues.

-License check and worker's compensation check where appropriate.

-Monitoring of all Apprenticeship requirements.

-Monthly audit of certified payroll forms.

-Periodic review of Daily Jobsite Reports.

-Periodic jobsite audits and random interviews of workers as needed.           

-Monthly report to the Public Entity, contractors, and applicable subcontractors.

-Communicate potential violations to Public Entity with recommended actions.

-Communicate with contractors, working towards a goal of amicable agreement on resolving issues related to violations, penalties, and compliance.

-Communicate with the State Labor Commission, Contracting Officer, or other authority as appropriate.

-Advise Public Entity of outcome of such action and decision of the appropriate State or Federal Department of Labor.

-Forward summary report to the Public Entity at the conclusion of each project.
